Snacks in particular can be rough. Why am I paying like $4.00 for this bar of cashew butter? How did I get here? What am I doing with my life?
That’s when super easy and handy recipes like this one come in handy. Energy bites are one of those recipes that essentially just requires you throw a few ingredients in a blender and press a button. AKA my kind of cooking. What can I say? I appreciate instant gratification.
And I freaking love cashews. So that doesn’t hurt either.
These babies are a perfect afternoon snack to fill you up and give you enough energy to make it to dinner. Or, you know, eat them all in one sitting and ruin your dinner. Heh heh.
